Good ideas need good energy. That’s why we complement our seminar days with authentic cuisine, regional products, and plenty of enjoyment - all in the spirit of slow food. In addition to breaks during the seminar, we serve a fresh, lovingly prepared lunch menu. We deliberately do NOT offer a buffet. We prefer a personal and relaxed atmosphere.

The seminar package is bookable for groups of 10 or more. For groups of fewer than 10 people, the difference will be charged as room rental for the missing participants.

Cancellation Policy
If something does come up, you can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before the seminar begins. But to be honest, we hope that won’t be necessary, because it’s going to be inspiring.
